From a great [interactive piece](https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/12/21/world/asia/how-the-rohingya-escaped.html) in the New York Times about the genocide currently being perpetrated against the Rohingyan Islamic minority in western Myanmar. It looks like the export of American language is alive and well 😕 [1]
